Montréal is located in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Eastern Daylight Time is observed the first Sunday of April. Eastern Standard Time returns the first Sunday in October. Since Montréal is not far from New York, there is no time difference between these two cities, and the time difference between Los Angeles and Montréal is only three hours. When it is 12:00 p.m. in Los Angeles, it is 3:00 p.m. in Montréal.
