LAUNCH OF THE NATIONAL PHOTO LIBRARY REEL-SCOUT

image

The Quebec film and television council (QFTC) is pleased to announce the official launch of its new national Reel-Scout photo library. The photo library is an indispensable tool for all producers wishing to shoot in Quebec. It includes more than 8,000 filming locations and makes it possible to produce about a hundred photo albums each year for foreign producers.

Over the past few weeks, several training sessions have been held with the regional offices, location directors who are members of the AQTIS and the DGC, as well as the QFTC's reception team. All of these actors participate in the daily updating and enrichment of the photo library as well as in the follow-up and creation of albums for producers.

We would particularly like to thank SODEC, the Ministère de l'Économie et de l'Innovation (MEI) and Canada Economic Development (CED).

You can also participate in the development of our photo library by adding a shooting location. To do this, simply fill out the form below.
